1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing nuvren.com or engaging NUVREN for web development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Services
NUVREN provides web development, design, and related services as described in individual project agreements. The specific scope, timeline, and price for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or quote provided to you before work begins.
3. Payment
All project pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless agreed otherwise in writing. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront to begin work and 50% upon project completion before final handover. Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a monthly cycle. Late payments may result in work pausing until payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all custom code and design work created specifically for your project. NUVREN retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party components, frameworks, or licensed assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) needed for your project. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the project timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
NUVREN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the website. Our liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, leads, or Google rankings. Web development and SEO involve many factors outside our control. We commit to following industry best practices and delivering technically sound websites.
8. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
