To start the project we need: your logo (if you have one), any brand colors or examples of sites you like, your text content (we can help structure it but you know your business best), and photos if available. We walk you through everything in the onboarding call.

Yes, we work with businesses across Canada and the United States. All communication is remote via email, video call, and shared documents. We have worked with clients in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, New York, Florida, and Texas.

We provide 30 days of post-launch support included in every project. After that, you can handle minor updates yourself, or sign up for a monthly maintenance plan. We are available for one-time updates and new pages at our standard hourly rate.

We build technically excellent websites that follow SEO best practices, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes like sales increases or top Google rankings. Those depend on your market, competition, content quality, and many other factors outside our control. We are transparent about this upfront.

We work in two stages: 50% upfront to start the project, 50% on launch day before we hand over access. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and PayPal. For ongoing monthly plans, billing is monthly with 30 days notice to cancel.
