Our Commitment

NUVREN is committed to making nuvren.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We also aim to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as they apply to websites serving Ontario and US customers.

What We Have Done

  • All images include meaningful alternative text descriptions
  • Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
  • The site can be navigated fully by keyboard without a mouse
  • Focus indicators are clearly visible throughout the site
  • Interactive elements have descriptive accessible labels
  • Skip to main content link is available for screen reader users
  • Form fields are properly labelled
  • Headings are used in a logical hierarchical order
  • Motion can be reduced via the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting
  • HTML landmark regions are used throughout

Known Limitations

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Some third-party content (such as embedded maps or social media widgets) may not fully meet these standards. We have no control over the accessibility of third-party tools.
